Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your PicBits profile directly from account settings.

How to delete your account

  1. Open PicBits account settings using the button below.
  2. Sign in with your verified phone number if needed.
  3. If you have PicBits+, cancel future renewals from Membership & billing → Manage subscription first.
  4. Select Delete My Account and confirm.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your PicBits profile, username, phone number, saved puzzle progress, scores, leaderboard entries, daily-alert preference, and active sign-in sessions. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your profile also removes its membership access. Your payment history remains with Stripe; deleting your PicBits profile does not erase Stripe receipts or billing records.

A limited one-way hashed anti-abuse marker may be retained for puzzles you already played. It prevents account deletion or a username change from resetting a puzzle, and is not used to recreate your account or send messages.
